"next()" in Cloze test needs to skip blanks already filled in

Misbehavior in all cloze tests: if the user fills in the blanks not in order, then pressing enter may shift the focus to a "blank" that has been solved already. In this case, the focus is not displayed by a blinking cursor. It seems to just vanish. In this situation, the focus should skip blanks which have already been filled, entering the next free blank.
