"Please wait" Box

Processing takes quite long depending on the analysis and input. Therefore I suggest to have a "Please wait" box pop up immediately after the user clicked SUBMIT. This is not urgent and tagged wishlist.
The browser's busy icon remains silent because all of this happens in GWT JavaScript magic so the user doesn't even know that something is happening.

Yes, that's actually why the interface was written in GWT originally. I will add a polling mechanism (see Hanson and Tacy [2008] for a nice introduction) as soon as I'm done with the conditional branch.
