HTML Tag ordering of Enhancement Tags

Currently it is unclear whether or not the enhancement HTML tags which are inserted into the page in WERTiServiceImpl are in the correct order. This should be reconsidered at a later point.
Two issues can arise
- Enhancements that span over the very same text: which one is "on top", given that on top means the innermost HTML tag span?
- Nested enhancements that are not on the very same positions may suffer from the remaining question of the ordering of closing tags.
Currently only <span> tags are used, so the order of closing tags is irrelevant.
