Enhance the Cloze test functionality

ClozeItems currently don't have HelpButtons , but rely on the key combination [shift]-[enter] to help the user. This is less than suboptimal.
The reason it is like this is that GWT inserts ClickListener. So probably this will have to happen in pure JavaScript.

No help button for now, I'll open a new ticket for it, with a better title. ClozeItems are pretty much Good Enough for now.
