Contraction handling errors

Apparently contractions such as I'm are mistreated somewhere in the UIMA NLP chain. The LingPipe tagger wrapper cmd_pos_en_general_brown.sh handles them properly, but WERTi does not. Wrong preprocessing then produces parse errors in later steps of processing.
